Hospice of Nelson County failed our family when we needed them most. My mom was in hospice care in Louisville and when we transfered her to Bardstown at a nursing home we waited for 6 days for them to get with us and it got to the point we had to get the nursing homes hospice to take over. Death doesn't wait so why does a company that vows to do everything they did not do in this situation do what they did!!!! They failed us at a time of grief and pain.
