"Dream Team" does not begin to describe the HOM staff who cared for my husband Walt. Neither do the words "exemplary, extraordinary." You offered pain-free days, conversations, and love. So much love. I shall name each of you personally, including a volunteer, and include a photograph when our son helps me understand our new phone. With your assistance, I managed to fulfill his forever wish to die peacefully at home. I, too, needed you. I, too, received love. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Gayle Crockett

When I was told that Hospice of Northern Michigan was going to care for me I would have the "A" team. Well I have heard that before with sad results. But much to my surprise not only did I get the "A" team, but the "A" Team Plus!. Never in my life have I ever seen such a dedicated group of people whose sole mission is to easy my transition in this trying time of my life. CNA Sally is a angle of mercy.
