RecommendedMy husband passed away in August of 2017, I began seeing a Hospice therapist at Knox County and just recently started going to group therapy. I cannot speak highly enough of this group of people that are so compassionate and so loving. I look forward to each visit as I don’t think I could have gotten to where I am now without Kathy and her sweet dog, Casanova. I would recommend Hospice of Knox County to anyone who has lost a loved one!
