Do not bring your loved ones here. This place has went down hill within this past year, a new lady Amy took over and she doesn’t know what she is doing. The nurses laugh about your loved ones passing away marshia the bigger nurse with blonde hair has no heart at all, she was laughing at the front desk about my mother passing away, it took them over 30 minutes to answer a call light, very unprofessional. If I were you I wouldn’t recommend sending your loved ones to this place. They suck all around.

Uncompassionate, one size fits all approach, that did not consider the family at all. My entire family has been traumatized by the experience here, and their treatment of my father. Wish we had never let him step through their doors.

A soulless, cold, non-compassionate approach with no regard for the individual circumstances of the patient or wishes of the family. The attending doctor was abrasive, dismissive and rude. The staff spent a lot of time laughing loudly at the front desk, as well. I don’t expect them to be mournful all of the time but at least show some respect and sensitivity for the unbearable grief that families are feeling.
