Do not take your loved one here. This work field is hard and it is demanding , i understand people can’t always be at top performance but half of them couldn’t even do the bare minimum. Hopefully they get new staff to look after peoples loved ones going through this. There are maybe 3 nurses that are kind and care for the people that come into the facility , the rest are clueless or just don’t care . They were amazing to my mama when she was there and so kind to us when she passed. Walked us through the process in the least overwhelming way possible given what we were going through. My mom lives at the Harmony on clough pike. She has in home hospice. I couldn’t say enough about hospice. Her nurse and nurse aide are so wonderful to my mom. Always sharp and on the ball with mom’s problems and take care of so many things. I don’t think I could get through this with my mom without them. Can’t say enough about them.
I can't say enough about the wonderful, compassionate people at Hospice of Cincinnati. My family endured an incredibly heartbreaking and devastating experience as we lost my father to vascular dementia caused by stroke complications. They did good with what i saw, but melody i did not like, she was waiting for my dad to pass away she was like shocked he wasnt already gone for her next shift, its like she was wishing for it to happend soon, cause he was still fighting to stay alive a bit longer, they gave him meds to knock him out where we couldnt even speak to him anymore which was depressing but other then that some nurses was great like angel and sara!
