No one wants to send their loved one into hospice care. That is what I had to do. Sparrow Hospice House staff were exceptional! We, my loved one and myself were treated with dignity and respect. I was able to sleep there. He was in no pain and they did not drug him up. He was kept clean and routine checks were done often. So glad I chose this place. A friend recommended it as she had a good experience there as well.
DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! STAFF IS LAZY AND GIVE HORRIBLE CARE! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! KEEP YOUR FAMILY HOME OR SEND THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Momma was only there 3 short weeks, but the care given her each day was extraordinary! The staff made sure they had time to check in often and provided comfort for the family as well as my momma.
Could not have asked for a better place for my aunt. So thankful that it was recommended for her. Considerate and caring staff. She was kept comfortable and bathed.
