I was visiting my grandmother from LA for 10 days since she was in hospice. Nobody came and identified themselves as Hospice so when the time to be called, since I don't get along with my sister, I wasn't notified but had to CALL and get updates. I had just put my name on the list from the State of Kentucky so I COULD be notified if something were to happen but they didn't check their list twice, didn't even give me a chance to fly out or try to fly out for the funeral or anything so I think they suck.
