I wouldn't even give a 1 rating! This was the most horrible choice for my brother for hospice. He suffered at your hands. I could go on and on but your top Administrators down to the bottom know the story. You all failed my brother and myself. Thank God I had gut instinct that he should not suffer on Hospice and I watched for 4 long damn days until I chose IPH to take over and got him home and comfortable and he was able to cross over.
