They were amazing! Helped our family understand and prepare for the changes we would face during the end of my grandfather's life. He was in assisted living and they worked seamlessly with the staff. They were VERY compassionate and learned our personalities as well as knowing my grandfather so well that he would be excited and happy to see them. When he passed, they handled the paperwork and made a difficult time free of worry about transportation, legal documents, and notifications. A true blessing.
