We were there for just a short time, as my mother-in-law passed very quickly, but the staff that we encountered were exemplary. Even the security guard at the door (didn’t get his name) was so considerate and pleasant, all security guards so be so nice. Lindsey, the nurse that we dealt with, was so nice, courteous, and attentive. I’m not sure we have ever seen a nurse as nice as relatable as her. Lindsey is quite simply a decent human being as well as a great nurse. Thank you for treating us with decency and respect.

I am so grateful that my father-in-law was able to spend his final days here. At first, living in Queens, we were concerned about him being so far out east, but we could not have asked for a better place for him. The staff was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and supportive, always making sure both his needs and our family’s needs were cared for. The environment was clean, peaceful, and comforting. We will always be thankful for the care he received here, and I would recommend this place again and again.

Imagine telling a grieving family that a teaching exercise was most important, and in our home of all places. When I looked outside, two other employees were gleefully cackling over coffee on the patio. The nurse who came twice had terrible bedside manner, unable to answer any questions and... read more

My father 103.8 was accepted into the Northwell Hospice program. Staff was wonderful and compassionate. Upon renewal to continue Dr. S. Freeman rejected my father from Northwell Hospice. 3 weeks later my father stopped eating & again was rejected from Dr. Freeman saying my father does not meet hospice criteria. Again rejected. Lost so much weight and fell and still he refused him. Once admitted into the hospital we were advised to start Hospice. They submitted to 2 other programs but accepting him. Dr. Freeman did NOT want m... read more
