The attentiveness, concern, guidance and support provided by Care Associates for my wife, the patient, as well as myself, the caregiver, exceeded any reasonable expectations by far. I will always be indebted to them.
There are not enough superlatives to express our sincere appreciation to Taylor Frey and Valerie Miller who cared for our uncle during the last two weeks before his death. These young women offered kind and attentive support to my uncle and to us as we dealt with serious health and personal issues. The ladies of Care Associates went above and beyond in my mother’s care. Living 3 states away made it difficult for me when my mother’s health declined. These ladies kept me informed and truly cared! I want to especially thank Valerie, the social worker who brought a choir to sing to my mom on occasion, and Corrine, the Hospice nurse, who intervened when needed to instruct the aides at the nursing home in the proper care of my mother. She made my mom as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this Hospice group!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Care Associates. Everyone from the Director of Nursing to the aides were so loving during my uncle’s time with them.
Care Associates showed up at a time of great need and overwhelming complexity. They patiently shared their expertise to help us successfully navigate care options as things were quickly changing. They were a great assist in advance care planning and eventually helped us get my mother into a really nice, close by residential placement. Her post-acute medical care was the next challenge and they were able to provide that too in a responsive and caring way. Highest recommendations.
