Care Associates showed up at a time of great need and overwhelming complexity. They patiently shared their expertise to help us successfully navigate care options as things were quickly changing. They were a great assist in advance care planning and eventually helped us get my mother into a really nice, close by residential placement. Her post-acute medical care was the next challenge and they were able to provide that too in a responsive and caring way. Highest recommendations.
Impressed beyond measure with the help we received from Cara regarding the care of my mother in law . Through this overwhelming process of trying to figure out our next steps Cara helped us understand the options and resources available to us as we navigate this challenging time in trying to find the best possible option to care for our loved one . The front office person was unwelcoming upon arrival and appeared not to have any knowledge of interviews that were to take place. The person who was intended to interview me expressed she did not know who I was, although she was the person who I corresponded with me via email. She abruptly met with me and informed me that she was no longer looking for the particular position applied for.
