when you're done with the lease - they ripp you off When you are done with your lease they expect you to have painted the place, cleaned the carpet as it was never used, and they will change the locks when you leave too - which you will have to pay for. We cleaned the place spotless - but they charged us 600 + for changing the locks, and i have no idea what else. The place was clean and ready for the next person to move in.
