Initially, we believed it was best to choose the local builder to support our community. But, this decision backfired as the builder turned out to be dishonest, fraudulent and unreliable. Initially, this builder was friendly, but as the project progressed, their attitude became arrogant and highly unprofessional. Their lack of professionalism, failure to meet deadlines, inadequate communication, and substandard workmanship significantly increased the stress and expenses associated with our project.

I recently had the unfortunate experience with Hosie on the construction of my first home, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. It is already 4 months late and not sure when will it be finished. The construction was plagued by delays from the outset.
