In February, I purchased an Ibanez GSRM miKro bass guitar, brand new, from amazon. It had some type of worsening defect causing buzzing that I could not figure out causing it to be unplayable by May. My wife had given me an Ibanez acoustic for my birthday right after Christmas this year. I liked it immediately, but about a month or so later the bridge had started to detach from the body. Not a tremendous amount, but noticeable. My wife urged me to contact Ibanez and see about a warranty fix or replacement. I contacted them about one month ago now, and they couldn't have been more helpful. This review is for the drivers out there… everyone here I dealt with was extremely nice. As far as the time it takes for unloading or loading I couldn’t tell you because I went there to pickup a empty trailer They did let me stay overnight and that’s huge as you drivers know.
