Hoselton Toyota is deceitful in business practices Salesperson Steve Schaefer promised on us July 23rd, 2009 a Blue Sienna minivan the following week. My wife asked him point blank about the promise of the van. He said Nina always trades with other dealers and never gets denied. We sold our vehicle. The next week he said he was not able to obtain it from one of the 3 dealers they were going to trade with. We gave him 3 more colors and was still not able to obtain one. New and used autos We bought a Highlander a few years ago form Hoselton. Their service department has been excellent. We have felt comfortable with their recommendations for service. They treated us fairly.
I decided it was time to go EV - called for an appointment on Friday last week, was offered an afternoon appointment that same day and as luck would have it, was "assigned" Dan Schmitt....a true gentleman and super salesman who crossed all Ts, dotted all I's and went beyond the call of duty in his attention to my priorities. When you buy a BRAND NEW car you expect it to be flawless... at least for a few years. my new car had less than 10000 miles on it when the issues started I had it less then a year! After 5 visits for the same problem AND my car being at there for all but 4 days in June (with a total of 39 days) I filed a complaint (lemon law) with Nissan North America, Nissan denied a buy back/replacement car. so I went to Hoselton I asked on a FRIDAY if they would buy it back they said OK we will buy it, we will call end of business on Mond... read more
Hoselton Nissan is a great place to purchase a car. Our salesman, Tom Sedor felt like the guy next door. Along with being very knowledgeable, Tom was extremely down to earth. I highly recommend Hoselton Nissan and Tom Sedor. --The place is very pretty and clean too, a nice place to shop for a car.
WORST NISSAN DEALERSHIP EVER!! – Long story short, after several days of back and forth negotiations and an apparent resolution, I was informed by Hoselton Nissan that a $8,500 omission by the financial manager ‘Travis’ was made. They assumed I would eat a $8,500 loss!! This is intolerable! Intentional or not, how can an such a experienced financial “expert” be so ignorant?!?!
