Great customer service front desk Vicky and and like my therapy with Ariana, Pablo en Roxane
Appointments are weeks and sometimes months out. In the few appointments I’ve had, I’ve never seen Dr. Brown. He’s never in the office and allegedly only comes in on Thursdays. Even the nurse practitioner you do get to see changes almost every 3 months and they really don’t seem to know what they are doing. One appointment I went in for a shoulder issue from lifting weights, the NP told me I was obese and needed to get my blood tested. Then chastised me for drinking Diet Coke. Horrible service. Haleh Dejan is a horrible practitioner. I cannot believe what subpar service this facility dispenses. They should be shut down.
