Ian came the day after Christmas to clean my sewer line. He was very thorough and also gave me explanations about how to avoid a lot of tree roots in the future. Hosco was recommended to me by another company who wasn’t able to come out—and I highly recommend them! Thanks so much, Ian! Cleaned the sewer, the kitchen sink, and a bonus—found a dog squeaker in the laundry tub drain! Reasonable and totally trustworthy!
I would give 6 stars! Jeff is amazing, he helped unclog a bathtub drain that another plumber couldn’t. He saved us so much trouble. The other plumber suggested replacing the drum trap, in which case we would have to cut the ceiling open from downstairs to access the drain. What a mess it would be! Thank you Jeff!
Jeff performed a video drain inspection on short notice and was very informative about what we were looking at and what the difference in piping used might mean for us down the line. The video was made available to us for download after the inspection was completed. We highly recommend their services!
Great experience, and super neat to see the inside of the sewer system in our future house. As well, they were punctual, made sure we understood everything, and that we had the chance to ask questions.
