This apartment complex never once fixed my shower tub after numerous calls to have it fixed. I lived there for 7 years and they never updated any appliances (refrigerator, oven, bathroom, blinds, etc...). Then they proceeded to take my entire security deposit citing that the carpet needed replaced and appliances needed cleaning. I know from experience that all apartments over this long of a period of time have the carpet replaced and the walls painted, as well as any older, outdated appliances are replaced.
