I have primary immune deficiency disorder which makes it easy for me to get sinus infections. Having been successfully treated for many years by this ENT group, my usual doctor retired and I was randomly given to Todd-Hesham. She didn’t show for my first appointment and I saw the PA. For a second appointment she was rude, hadn’t looked at my files, and wasn’t listening to me when I tried to explain my immune deficiencies. I requested a copy of my medical records and am now looking for a new ent.
Unprofessional. I made an appointment with this person when my physician was not available. She sent her PA in to see me and couldn't even spend 30 seconds of her time to come in to speak to me. I would never recommend her and I am a primary care physician.
Dr. Todd-Hesham is simply the best. She is knowledgeable, kind and throughly explains the issues at hand as well as the steps to address them. She has done surgery on both myself and my teenage son with incredible results. We recommend her to friends and family often. You can’t find anyone better. We are so grateful for your care! Bonus - staff is top notch, minimal wait times.
Dr. Todd Hesham was professional and knowledgeable, taking her time to listen to my problems and explain the treatment plan. Highly recommended.
Please stay away from the rudest doctor and staff I have ever encountered.
