Horrible. No other words.
Dr Loftus Didn't know what the problem with my wife was, and during the visit the nurse came in and said they needed the room for someone else and said she would move us to another room..Dr said he was done..if he is in the caregiver business, he should know enough to be able to refer us to someone who would be able to help us. Maybe he needs to re evaluate his compassion and ability. Will not be back and I'm guessing my bill won't reflect the amount of care given
Thus far after 6 months, this doctor shows zero concern about my actual needs. He's incredibly indecisive. After months between visits, he obviously didn't bother looking at my file before I arrived awaiting his decision if I can have life saving surgery. Absolutely refuses to address my neck injury and muscular problems. He is preventing me from getting the help I need.
