Bad, Bad, and Bad. I agree completely, go someplace, anyplace else. Dr. Horvit and the staff are unnecessarily rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Not at all helpful if you call for information. Communication is a major problem in that practice. Dr. Horvit is short tempered especially if there is a language difference between her and the patient.
