I have a 2013 BMW & repair was replacement of rear control arm bushing. I was referred to them. Very friendly & repair was done in a day. Cost was very reasonable. I will be taking my car here for service as needed. Highly recommend them!
At first glance I believed they were there to serve the customer and do the best that they can do. I have since changed my view. I asked them twice to give me a quote on replacing the fan control switch for my AC and heating on my 2011 Mini Cooper. Both times they never replied with a quote, even though the 2nd time I asked I made a point that they did not give me a quote the 1st time.
