I went to Horton Tec to make sure I would have a back up of my computer and that the years of information that I needed to save would in fact be saved. I was having a terrible problem with my monitor, keyboard, and mouse not interfacing with my computer. Mike Horton gave me a flexible schedule, showed up when it was convenient for me, and was finished troubleshooting and repairing the problem in less than an hour. He was very professional and friendly, and he brought several of his own spare circuit cards and troubleshooting disks to effectively isolate the problem. Buying a new computer and transferring programs from the previous computer (updating drivers and installing new programs) can be time consuming and frustrating. Mr Horton took all the trauma out of this experience for me. He got me up and running in record time. It was a pleasure working with him. He will be my "computer guy" from now on.
