I’m giving Dr. Horton an unfavorable review because of the following. We were charged $50 for cancelling an appointment. I canceled at 8:00am for a 2:00pm appointment. My wife got ill overnight. We couldn’t make our appointment. He replied to my phone message stating I had signed an agreement to pay! He said we had the option not to agree to the no show terms. He said if we didn’t agree, he would not see us.! 6 hour advanced notice! Four sessions with him and this is how he treats us! Sad
Business response:
I have a written policy which states there is a fifty dollar charge for appointments not kept or not given 24 hours notice. This is to help cover my overhead, not a penalty. This is agreed to as you are scheduling the initial visit online.
