To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted with the way D.R. Horton has handled the failure of the air-conditioning system in our brand-new home. We bought a new home in Falcon Landing Subdivision Gainesville, GA in May 2025. We bought this home to be on Lake Lanier and have our own boat slip. Community is great !! Construction is horrible. Before we even moved in the driveway was spalling and they had to replace 2 slabs before we moved in. Now after the ice and sleet we had several months ago the slab next to the ones they replaced are now spalling( the concrete is deteriorating). Do not use them! After 3 months of buying my home my pipes burst and my whole ceiling came off! They would not assist at all. After a year of living in the home, the ceiling of my bathroom came down as well. Stay away!
