Do not use them! After 3 months of buying my home my pipes burst and my whole ceiling came off! They would not assist at all. After a year of living in the home, the ceiling of my bathroom came down as well. Stay away!
Unprofessional loan officers. They only look at your income based on 1 w2, so if you have more then one they see you as a part timer no matter how much money you made all year and how excellent your credit may be. Waste of time.
Probably the worst builder to deal with - Braselton Village Managment promised to match a price of home that they undersold and didn’t honor it don’t take them for their word and get everything in writing from them. Oh and make sure to order independent home inspection they are famous for taking shortcuts when it come to building houses.
