We bought a new home in Falcon Landing Subdivision Gainesville, GA in May 2025. We bought this home to be on Lake Lanier and have our own boat slip. Community is great !! Construction is horrible. Before we even moved in the driveway was spalling and they had to replace 2 slabs before we moved in. Now after the ice and sleet we had several months ago the slab next to the ones they replaced are now spalling( the concrete is deteriorating). Do not use them! After 3 months of buying my home my pipes burst and my whole ceiling came off! They would not assist at all. After a year of living in the home, the ceiling of my bathroom came down as well. Stay away!

Unprofessional loan officers. They only look at your income based on 1 w2, so if you have more then one they see you as a part timer no matter how much money you made all year and how excellent your credit may be. Waste of time.
