My mom came here for her first appointment with a therapist ever and we came 30m early. No biggie. However the therapist was about an hour late even with texts and calls with no response back, while my mom was waiting there for her (she has issues with anxiety sometimes and will be nervous with new people). My mom heard footsteps on the stairs and went to go check if it was the therapist and it was.
