Stopped in without an appointment. They explained to me what would have to be done. They quoted me a price. I felt very fair and equitable and of course yes they were very polite. It was a pleasant place to sit and wait and I would recommend them. I had a positive experience. And I am quite satisfied with what they did.
Excellent shop. Very friendly and accommodating staff that helped me throughout the whole process. They do great and honest work.
I am constantly stunned by this place. Neil is hands down the most amazing tech I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. The management is absolutely fantastic H&C are absolutely fantastic and a true pleasure to work with. If you have any automotive issues no matter what you drive. This facility needs to be your first call for service. Speak with B in service she is very knowledgeable in the field and take care in addressing your vehicles needs.
We had a fantastic experience with Horst's as we had 2 separate new to us BMW X7 car inspections performed recently. Horst personally informed us to NOT purchase the 1st vehicle as there was over $8,000+ worth of repairs needed and it appeared that car was not properly maintained. The 2nd vehicle needed some minor repairs but Horst gave his seal of approval. Bailey and Nadia kept us updated on the progress, they are excellent to work with.
