I called to get an idea of the material cost of specific types of fencing sections, and gave a linear footage. This angry woman didn't like it and rudely said she's trying to explain to me how Horst estimates their jobs. I understand all about how companies like to dictate the way things will be done; but there's no good reason why a customer can't be given an idea of the material costs by linear feet if a potential customer requests that.
