A zero star is unavailable, actually should put a SCAM WARNING on these guys. Called there a few days in advance to ask if there were any other fees I needed to prepare for they said nope just $21. I arrived to pick up the car we reserved then find out they make you use their insurance and have to pay for toll passes and additional fees would come to over $700. They lure you in with a false price and try to scam you. Very unethical. I canceled and used Uber for the week, way better price then what they were trying to scam me... read more
Car was very clean and pick up and drop off were seamless. They were super generous about adding drivers and then when we were a little late dropping off due to weather. Thanks!
