It’s been impossible for my doctor to get through or my insurance co to cover my medication. The phones have been down completely, I get a message that they aren’t available and I can’t leave a message cause it says their mailbox is full!! As of Friday, Oct 25th, I still can’t get through after 4 days. What is happening with their phone line? Says the extension is unavailable
Everytime I have needed to bring my mother in here for anything, most all employees are not friendly, they don’t smile, and it just seems like they don’t like their job or want to be there. Not comforting at all. It’s actually very uncomfortable.
I guess it depends on who you are, or what you're there for or who helps you... I have mixed reviews... Also, Google maps will send you down the street from here, I mean like not even within eye shot of this place! It's frustrating because it's in a location where you're forced to drive around the empire neighborhood to get back to Horsnyder's parking lot. Then you never know what you're going to get when you arrive. You kid of have to pray a little that everyone working there woke up on the right side of the bed.
