Hate the very long wait of over 3 hours, terrible customer service
Dr. Kalapesi is an exceptional doctor who provided outstanding care throughout my visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the procedure and ensured I felt completely informed and comfortable. I am so glad I chose her to remove my overgrown eye freckle—she did an incredible job. Her professionalism and expertise were evident, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Kalapesi to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.

Look the doctor is a God send but the waiting time is over 3 hours EVEN if you have an appointment. If you have the time sure do it but if not it will drive you utterly insane
