We were on our way to Adelaide and we had a problem with the BMWX5. We were driving. The resuspension collapsed. We went to your Toyota dealership and seen two straight away by Aaron your service advisor and you’re amazing. BMW tech came out put on a scandal told us what the fall was enabled it to be pumped up enough to get us to the BMW dealership in Adelaide and we had a magnificent experience, thank you very much for your professional and quick service.
Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and customer service. Aaron and Brendan were brilliant. We limped in with a suspension issue on our way to Adelaide and could not have been happier with the attention and help we were given Can’t recommend highly enough Thanks guys
Long story short, we were on our way to Adelaidefor Gather Round in a BMW X5 and the rear suspension collapsed making for a very uncomfortable ride. We called into Horsham Toyota with fingers crossed that we could get some help. Well Aaron the service advisor and the tech who luckily had BMW experience could not have been more helpful. The tech connected his scan tool in the rain, and managed to do a temporary repair to get us back on the road. To add to our amazing experience, this was all done free of charge. arrived at toyota horsham without an appointment, mark at the service desk went out of his way to accommodate us for the 20,000 km service and the alarm defect on the GR sport was sorted and was good enough to lend us a courtesy car without doubt the best toyota dealer we have experienced on our travels so far, thank you mark and the team
