everything was good until the end when they hand dried everything. they left multiple scratches in my paint. i know for a fact they weren't there before the wash. if you care about your paint i wouldn't come to this place.

I used to think they were the best until recently getting a wash. I have the gold plan and decided to get the Platinum wash a couple of days ago. That was the worst wash I ever got there in 2 years. They didn't have enough dryers so the car didn't get all the treatment that come with the platinum wash. The car was left looking like crap. the windows were streeked, the car was left smeared. I am cancelling my monthly wash plan
How has this place got such good reviews? I paid almost $30 for a ‘Platinum’ wash. They didn’t clean the car, they put it through a machine and wiped it with a dirty rag. They hardly touched the inside. Didn’t do the floor mats, or vacuum the inside. I took my car home and cleaned it myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
if you go only pay for the lowest wash available. They do the same on each wash just charge more. Interior was poorly done. Never even opened the hatch. Car came through so quickly that I doubt anything extra was applied.
Unlimited monthly membership is awesome. Great place.
