Sent a number of blankets to be cleaned through Greenhawk in Burlington. Naturally the most expensive 300g blanket ($400+) returned with major damage. Contacted Greenhawk who agreed the damage was unacceptable. Greenhawk has since sent the blanket back to Horsey Clean so they could look at it and have not heard back from them in weeks. This was an expensive service that has cost a very warm blanket that would have been used plenty given the recent cold snap. We have been using this cleaning service for 10 years and have had excellent service! Both team at Greenhawk as well as the team at Horsey clean have always taken excellent care of our horse blankets. If there as ever been an issue along the way they are incredible at rectifying the situation! They go above and beyond every-time! Thank you!
Sent my blankets for my horse through Greenhawk to this company & twice disappointed, not cleaned properly, other issues. Expensive for not actually providing proper service.
