My experience with the resort is solely for the mountain biking, and it's been great. What's terrible is trying to get ahold of someone from Guest Services to buy a gift card. I have called 3 times and left messages and sent one email, zero reply. Seems ridiculous when I'm trying to spend money.
Horseshoe Valley is such a beautiful place for a family getaway! There are so many great areas to walk around with kids, and plenty of fun activities for children during the summer. The bar was amazing — delicious food and very beautiful cocktails. Overall, it’s a perfect family-friendly place and I recommend it!

I gave this a pretty mixed review because I was disappointed with pricing. The meals were so expensive. The hotel itself is overpriced for non season stay.
A low quality oil resort and high prices. The only interesting thing in that area is the nice nature. The staff was rude.
