Wonderful place. My family has been in the used car business since I was 16 years old and I am 50 now. I have worked at three different car lots in my life and Horseshoe goes well over and above other dealers I have know/dealt with in respect to doing repairs on the vehicles. They are always willing to fix anything that is covered by the warranty. (Most used lots don't even offer any time of warranty as used cars are used cars AS IS-NO WARRANTY is the name of the game). This is the absolute worst place to buy a vehicle I have never been behind I have always paid ahead of time and was pulled over and with them being the lean holder they would not even help me get the vehicle out of impound and kept calling me telling me that I was behind with proof I was not they were very rude and unhelpful
