Incredible! I was completely blown away by the vast and varied knowledge of the employees. I will NEVER give another penny to petco, matter of fact i took my petco rewards card off my keychain at the register at horses and hounds and viwed my loyalty. The food prices are great as well usually with smaller stores they cant buy the surplus petco can which in turn results in higher prices but they are cheaper than petco. The dog washing station is great. Bathed 2 Newfies with no stress or mess.
Unique gifts, wide variety of pet food and supplies, fabulous grooming, and an extremely pleasant staff/ambiance.
