Horse Lovers Come On In Horse Town East is the horse lovers dream store. Here you can purchase clothing, hts, boots, books, and even supplies and materials for your horse. There is every size jean you can imagine, jackets, western shirts, beautiful leather belts, and a huge selection of hats. One of my favorite stores Horse Town has a very knowledgeable staff-it is great to talk to people like Jennifer who have done what we are trying to do and can give us constructive input on what to buy that will fit our needs. I love them all! I have purchased everything from feed and tack to gifts there. Their prices match or beat almost all of the catalogs, and no shipping cost!
A nice family store with great prices... I bought some clothes there, being assisted by a very knowledgeable sales person by the name of Ray, that got me a leather vest from another store because they were out of my size..A great buying experience..
Wonderful Store, I find most reviews are wrong. I have been to Horsetown East many times. I love the store, and the service. I have never had an issue with anyone in the store nor have I had an issue with the products. I do not believe it is fair for the people in the store to be criticized for having dip in their mouths. I do agree though that the girls working the desk could have on a little bit more clothing. Don't try to exchange anything!!!! I used to think that this was a great store. However my last visit will be the very last time I set foot in that place. I had a few items that I need to exchange that I had gotten for Christmas. I didn't want money or a store credit (just exchange) I was referred to one women who clearly had a bad attitude from the beginning. Good Store, Adequate Service, Trashy Employees Horsetown east is a good enough store. It's prices are fair and the selection is good. The knowledge of the staff is good if you are looking for equine products. The weak point is definately the front checkout, it si pretty unprofessional-the teenagers are often too busy with inside jokes and flirtations to engage with the customers as they ring them up without looking at them or barely specking to them. Snellvilles Godsend-Horse Town East I have been a Horsetown East shopper for YEARS,after reading some reviews- People please learn how to READ the sign on the FRONT DOOR! Step into the 21st Century Horsetown needs to step get with it! First of all, I purchased a pair of moccasins for my teenage son as well as a Carhartt cap. Total costs about $80. I had to wait forever for a salesperson. When he arrived, he could barely talk due to the 'chew' in his mouth. NASTY! I know its a Country Western Store but PLEASE.
