The level of arrogance from staff at Horsebarn was surprising. Instead of helpful service, I was met with condescending responses and a clear lack of respect. Customer experience clearly isn’t a priority here.
Five months ago, I purchased a pair of Kimes jeans. I returned the same day to exchange them for a different size. I was instructed to leave the jeans on the counter while I searched for another size. When the second pair also didn’t fit, I returned the following day and was again told to leave them on the counter while I looked. When my size wasn’t available, staff offered to order the correct pair and took my name, number, and details in their “want book.” I was told the jeans would take approximately four months to arrive... read more
