I came into HTC as a nervous young adult intending to create my own phone plan. I was assisted by customer relations associate Tammy Barfield at the Conway office. My experience with her help was painless, quick, informative, and overall extremely supportive and pleasant. I am very appreciative of her patience and guidance through the process. Thank you, Tammy!
The technician didn't know how to connect us ... It took 48 hours to be resolved. HTC customer support is AWFUL. THEY DONT CARE! We'd ..Sept 21 ..internet OUT for 12 plus hours. PATHETIC, HELLACIOS, AND TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE. There are custimers who run home businesses ..does HTC care ..NO
I had HTC mobile service for about 26 months. I found out I could save over $100 per month by going to another carrier. I owed $332 on my phones which I was told I needed to pay off to transfer the service. I paid the phones off using my credit card & was told my phone would be unlocked within 48 hours. Well now HTC is holding my phones hostage, as they will now not allow my new carrier access to my paid off phone via their SIM card until AT&T prepares & bills my final monthly service bill & then they have to receive my pay... read more
I've had this service for about 6 months. Generally no problems, but I have noticed that the limitations on the DVR Box suggest they are using horribly outdated technology. Examples: I can only record two programs at once AND I have to watch 1 of the programs being recorded. The DVR storage capacity is ridiculously small. The live TV pause feature will only hold for about 15 minutes. I haven't seen limitations like this on other systems (Comcast or DISH) for 15 years.
