I used HCC to re-stretch my carpet due to a poor installation by a Lowe’s vendor. HCC did right. Excellent work. Bobby uses a carpet stretcher tool, not the knee knocker you see others use. His tool actually stretches the carpet from one end of the room to another and takes all the slack and wrinkle out. Now I have a nice beautiful tight carpet. Excellent service and excellent people that work there. Thanks Bobby and company.
