We have been seeing Dr. Horrigan since he started practicing. He is an Excellent physician. Great bedside manor, he listens and doesn't rush you out. Very caring and thorough Dr.
No problem getting an appt. Not a long wait time. Dr H takes his time, I never feel rushed. Been going here for over 20 yrs.

Although I had thoroughly enjoyed the relationship I had with my physician, the office staff, especially the nursing staff, is exceptionally rude. After an unsuccessful medication change, I had attempted to reach out for help multiple times as I was feeling absolutely terrible. The staff refused to assist me in any way. Dr. Horrigan is amazing! My husband, children and I have been his patients for over 25 years. He is warm, friendly and has a great sense of humor! He genuinely cares about his patients.
Since my first visit, he has misdiagnosed me on more than one occasion to include telling me that I had herpes of the skin on my chin which ended up being diagnosed, treated and cured by a dermatologist as dermatitis. He will not give referrals as he will tell you that he is trained in every medical field and can cure anything. My OBGYN told me that I needed to go to Karmanos to be seen for an irregular pap during my pregnancy and Dr Horrigan would not give me the referral I needed until I cam
I only went here twice. The girl at the desk is not very nice. I called to ask for something and she was so rude to me !!!!!!!!! I called another time to ask for a copy of a report and no one called me back. So I am done with this office !!! Dr. Horrigan was nice enough but I found me another Dr. Every one who goes there should be treated right !!!!
