This company has no personal touch. Upon an inquiry, they'll ignore the facility you actually need, and will simply (and lazily) email you a generic list of all properties. When I mentioned their list had nothing to do with the requirements I e-mailed them and that I'd be looking elsewhere, Ben McKnight called me "an asshole" via e-mail.
