He has been my doctor for four years. He is thorough and diligent and goes the extra mile to ensure my well-being, even in small health matters. I have being seeing Dr. Horowitz for about 6 years for estrogen pellet transgender therapy. He is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor and I trust his medical opinion. He is friendly, timely, and helpful with refilling other medications which saves me time and money. I do not want to give prices but I can say he is about 1/2 what I pay on the East Coast. Of the several doctors I have been to, his minor procedure for the pellet placement is the least painful and the most comfortable after (I don't even notice them).
