I visited Doctor Horowitz with my wife for a skin and hair problem. The first appointment was a social gathering, with promises of treatment, a blood test and medicine just like the one my wife has been prescribing for her doctor in Colombia. Nothing new and especially nothing like what we expected from a doctor with more than 50 years of experience.
