Every single time they show up with the highest quality, kindness, and responsiveness that isn’t common these days. They are kind when we make last minute change to (happened a lot). I tried to work with them. Put an order in. Communication is key. Was under the impression that the products were being printed. Called to check in. No such luck. Then was asked to pay a portion up front, WHICH WAS FINE. But when I asked the basic question of when to expect completion I got a phone call back insulting me and telling me to take my business elsewhere because they didn't like my attitude.
