My son and his wife paid 500 dollars for a one hour consultation. This office is unethical! They charge people that are down and out 500 dollars and tell them he can't help them. Don't trust this office. They only want your money. I called to speak with Mr Hornthal about maybe refunding half of the money and was told by a rude assistant that I could not talk to him and she hung up on me. Beware. It's just unethical to take someone's money for that amount of time.

We hired Marshall Ellis to help with a problem my husband had. Mr. Ellis was very kind and helpful. He was a good listener. We had several face-to-face meetings as well as some phone conferences. He always acted as if he had all the time in the world to listen and talk to us. We were very happy with the outcome of our case and would highly recommend him.

We hired this lawfirm, specifically Marshall Ellis, after my son got a serious traffic ticket in NC while heading to our family vacation over the summer. Mr. Ellis and his team did a wonderful job representing our case and the outcome was better than we could have ever expected. Everyone in the office was friendly and responsive to questions and concerns we had. I highly recommend Mr. Ellis and his firm. Hopefully we never need an attorney in NC again but if we do, this is where we will go.
