Ken and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. We had a down tree a while back and Hornsby Roofing made this process easy. They helped me coordinate with my insurance company and got the process of repairing my roof started quickly. That is why when we needed more repairs done my first call was to Hornsby Roofing. They are professionals with amazing customer service. If you want the job done right, you should give these guys a call.
Ken Hornsby is honest and detail oriented. Ron Hornsby is a top notch crew manager. Ken handles the communication with the insurance company and explains clearly to the customer how things will progress with the work contracted. His roofing crew worked from 7 AM until 8 PM in 90 degree heat. The finished product was outstanding.
Highly recommend Ken. The project went great he was the company i chose after talking to 4 other companies. He’s the type of guy you want as your neighbor.
Ken and his team were great to work with. We have had several interactions with him over the past year (insurance mandated roof inspection, several consultation calls, and ultimately a roof replacement) we got multiple quotes from other companies and his price was fair, he has always returned calls, worked with a tight insurance mandated deadline, and the work is excellent. I have been very happy with them.
