Ken and Ron exceeded my expectations. I spent a couple of weeks getting the national roofing quotes with dedicated sales people being pushy with scare tactics to upsell. I spoke with my dad and he gave me Hornsby’s number and a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Attention to detail, quality, and professionalism was on point. Ken and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. We had a down tree a while back and Hornsby Roofing made this process easy. They helped me coordinate with my insurance company and got the process of repairing my roof started quickly. That is why when we needed more repairs done my first call was to Hornsby Roofing. Ken Hornsby is honest and detail oriented. Ron Hornsby is a top notch crew manager. Ken handles the communication with the insurance company and explains clearly to the customer how things will progress with the work contracted. His roofing crew worked from 7 AM until 8 PM in 90 degree heat. The finished product was outstanding.
