I see Jessica, and I have seen Dr Hornsby. Both are very good. Jessica understands my problems, and the last time, I was there she was sick herself, even being sick she continued to provide me with excellent care. The front receipts they have always been respectful to me. Sometime, they have been in the back eating their lunch, I understand this. The receptionists here have the nastiest attitudes of any doctor’s office I’ve ever walked into, and I hate that because Dr. Hornsby is absolutely amazing. They most definitely need to reevaluate the people they have working for them at the front as they are a TERRIBLE reflection. It’s heinous to be rude to the people calling you because they are sick and or in distress.
