Knowledgeable and helpful staff!
We have nothing bad to say about our experience at KUNES in Neenah. From Matt, the salesman we dealt with through Ryan, the service tech that did our walk through, and everyone in between. We would like to thank them and let them know that we appreciate how easy it was to talk to each of them. We were made to feel very comfortable with the purchase. We can’t wait to start our next camping season, in a new camper.
!!!Avoid doing business here at all costs!!! Visit Quietwoods next door they are GREAT. My extremely long story short.. Kunes sold me a USED camper as "new", they offered to buy it back and ended up taking 1.5 months to actually pay it off. All of the management here are unprofessional, unorganized and absolutely careless. Also, please review your credit application after they run it as they seem to enjoy altering information! They are a money hungry company and it's sick!!!
Been there twice and both times had exactly what I needed. I appreciate the courtesy and level of knowledge from the parts department. Thanks again for the 8025.
