We went in on June 6th to purchase a 5th wheel. I won't get into the horrible service, but I will say we were talked into a $1700 "Camp Ready" package... the premise was the unit would be prepped and ready to leave the yard to go straight to a campground. We picked it up on June 13th and went directly to the campground where we found it was not cleaned and was not de-winterized. I have been looking around for campers for awhile. First time RV buyer. I stumbled upon Kunes of Fox Valley that had a couple campers that I was interestered in. Once we first got there our first encounter was with Mikal. Boy oh boy was he FANTASTIC. Didnt push anything on us and let us take our time browsing gave us his card so if we did have questions to let him know. My heart was really set on 1 : a 2015 Dutchman Kodiak. Continued using my trailer a Brinkley I-280 as a dealer floor model at the Neenah dealership after purchasing it at the Oshkosh camper show. We caught them using it 2 months after the camper show.When I Came to pick it up in May during our walk around nothing was done that was promised me. That would be spraying the underside because of salt residue due to towing it on salty roads. Underside of trailer had lots of rust as a result.
