Terrible. Happy to sell to us but never got what they promised.
I only gave a one star because I could not pick a zero. My husband and I purchased a park model RV from Kunes Fox Valley and it was the worst experience we have ever had. We started the process right before Kunes bought out Quietwoods. From there, it went downhill, and never recovered. Communication was horrible. We were told the RV was going into production in December, but between then and end of March, we were told production was delayed (twice), and ultimately told Fox Valley Kunes wasn’t able to handle our transaction. ... read more
Went to see what they had to offer for exchange/budget wise motorhome but currently nothing within our budget range
Sales staff is good, but after sales support is just plain bad. Been waiting for a simple response on a question about a possible wrong/bad battery that came with my unit (6 months old) and still have not gotten a response in almost 2 months. Ive called and texted... They get you in to spend all that money, and then pretend you dont exist.
Never going to buy another camper from them again, also never going to have them service a camper. They are terrible at communicating. They had my camper for 2 weeks when I was told it would be a day or 2 because they kept ordering the wrong part. The only way I found out they had to keep ordering a different part is because I would call to pick up my camper.
