We had an emergency while on our way to camp. They saw us right away. We're so thankful.
I purchased a travel trailer from here, spent over $30,000 on this unit including an extended service contract they offered me. I feel I was a very easy sale for this dealer. I live in Michigan but this dealer is in Wisconsin so they offered delivery for $750, its a 6 hour drive. Not a problem, I didn't attempt to talk them down in price or ask them to throw in any extras. Their ad stated it would include a full detail and a new battery among other things. The salesman that I talked with was nice I was looking for a pop-up camper and they didn't have squat for inventory and their prices were very high.
We purchased our camper 4 years ago and had a good experience. We needed maintenance done and Kunes RV has excellent customer service and turn around was good, in spite of it being their busy time now. They knew we planned to camp within a day or two of picking up our camper for maintenance, and had the tanks filled with water for us. Definitely would recommend buying and maintaining your camper through them. Rick & Janice R
